Denver is inviting artists, designers, and creative thinkers of all ages and backgrounds to submit a sidewalk stamp design. The winner receives $1,000 and gets their design stamped into Denver's sidewalks for years to come. Designs must fit within 8 by 7 inches, include a reference to Denver, and feature the four-digit installation year. Five finalists will go to a citywide public vote, with the winning design unveiled in late September 2026. Deadline to apply: July 31, 2026. 15th Annual Affordable Arts Festival

One day only: 160+ professional artists selling fine art for $150 or less. Works include paintings, photography, glass art, jewelry, fiber, leather, wood, prints, originals, and more, from Colorado artists and across the country. Ranked among the top five art shows in the country. Admission is $12 (tickets available online now and at the door). Arrive early for best selection: the line forms as early as 5 a.m. and gates open at 9. Artists unveil a fresh round of deals at 11 a.m. Free parking on site; RTD and light rail nearby. Proceeds from admission benefit the ACC Foundation and are matched by the Colorado Opportunity Initiative for student scholarships. The festival has donated $360,000 to ACC students to date.
